3.1  – Events

You have the opportunity to register for events on our website. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)b of the General Data Protection Regulation (performance of the contract). We need the following information from you for first-time registration:

• Mandatory data (company, position, first and last name, ZIP code and city, street address, region, telephone number, email address, representative, attendee name and surname)
• Voluntary information (additional information, VAT number)

3.2  – Academy (seminars, trainings, webinars)

You can register for one of our courses. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)b of the General Data Protection Regulation (performance of the contract). We need the following information from you for first-time registration:

• Mandatory data (company, position, first and last name, ZIP code and city, street address, region, telephone number, email address, representative, name and surname for each attendee )
• Voluntary information (additional information, VAT number, fax number)

3.3  –  Integration of Google Maps

In the Sites section, you can opt to have the route to one of our training centers.

If you want to calculate route to reach our locations, you will be redirect on Google. When using Google Maps, Google also processes data about your use of the Maps functions. You can find more detailed information about data processing by Google in Google’s privacy protection policy.

3.4  – Integration of YouTube

YouTube is used to incorporate videos from providers. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google, Inc., with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We use embedded YouTube videos with privacy-enhanced mode enabled. This means: YouTube does not store cookies for a user who displays a webpage with an embedded YouTube video player, yet does not click the video to start playback. When a user clicks the YouTube video player, YouTube may store cookies on the user’s computer, but no personal cookie information is stored for playback of embedded videos. 3.5  –  Usage data

We temporarily store usage data when you visit our website in accordance with Article 6(1)f of the General Data Protection Regulation. We use the usage data for statistical purposes to improve the quality of our website and to enhance its security. We also use this information to enable access to our website, to control and manage our systems, and to improve the website’s design. The purposes we pursue here also represent legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)f of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We want to provide you with comprehensive information regarding usage-based online advertising. Our website, or the website from which you have just been linked, collects and processes your usage behavior anonymously. As a result, you as a user benefit by receiving advertising that is more tailored to your areas of interest and in turn, you receive far less random advertising overall.
